Our travel trailer comes with everything you desire for your much needed get away. Fully furnished with dishware, cookware, and linens. Comfortably sleeps 3 with room for a 4th with one queen size bed, a large futon, and the table collapses into another sleeping arrangement. Has a full bathroom (sink, toilet, and shower), an outdoor shower, and both an indoor cooktop and indoor cooktop and stove so you can cook and bake your heart out. Here is a link to take a virtual tour of our trailer model yourself to ease your worries. Enjoy some relaxation under the massive awning and listen to some relaxing music with the outdoor sound system. Of course your vacation wouldn't be complete without your furry friends and that's why we are dog friendly and have no weight or breed restrictions, we love all dogs (no cats). Willing to deliver and set up/tear down for a fee (charge for mileage) to make your vacation even more stress free. If you decide to tow it yourself we have a backup camera system and an anti-sway hitch that you are more than welcome to use with the trailer, it makes towing a breeze, you just need to have a 7-pin connection (most trucks do). If using your own hitch it must be a 2 5/16" ball. We are flexible on pick-up and drop-off times as long as it doesn't conflict with other renters. My wife, Ryan, and I love the outdoors and breaking away from the normal. We are both military and college students that are pursuing career avenues that will hopefully better the world around us. We enjoy food, travel, car shows, our two boxers, coffee, and snuggling up and watching a good movie. Our favorite RV travel destinations here in Florida have been Tomoka State Park, Disney (we are big fans), the Everglades, and Key West. If you decide to rent with us we will go above and beyond to make your experience as care free as possible. Q.Do you have any dog breed restrictions?

NO! We love all dogs and don't restrict any breeds for our renters.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
We have flexibility for pick ups and drop offs. For those wanting delivery I can deliver within an hour of the camp ground check-in time that you are staying at. Pick up on deliveries must be at least a half hour before check out time.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
For deliveries we will make sure everything is hooked up and a thorough walkthrough is done with you before we leave. Pick up is a same, and we will empty the tanks as well, no stress on you. As for those of you towing it yourself we will do a walkthrough on pick-up, showing you where all of the hookups are located and how to work them. You will also have our direct contact number so if you have any issues you can call/text us.
Q.What time can you drop-off for deliveries?
R.
For deliveries we are unable to drop-off before your campgrounds check-in time per their policy. Most campgrounds have a check-in time of 2pm and a check-out time of 10 or 11 am. If you are towing it yourself just let us know when you book when you would like to pick it up and drop it off and we will work with you.
