**Trailer can be delivered to you for an additional fee.We are glad that you have chosen to use our travel trailer and we hope your trip brings you as many memories! To ensure that all who use the trailer, we do require the following:
- NO Smoking AND NO Pets in the trailer. If there is evidence of smoking or pets in the trailer, the deposit will not be returned.
- Only use RV-approved toilet paper in the toilet or dispose of toilet paper in a trash bag. Regular toilet paper will clog the toilet and the renter will be responsible for damages. One roll of complimentary toilet paper will be provided. ($200 fee)
- The gray and black water tanks must be cleaned prior to returning the trailer or a portion of the deposit will be used to clean the tanks. ($50 fee)
- Damage to anything not noted prior to departure inside or outside of trailer (including but not limited to: T.V., radio, air conditioner/furnace, stove, oven, microwave, beds, showers, toilet, sink, storage areas, awning, propane tank, hitch, tires, structure of trailer, etc.). - The fee will be determined pending the cost of repair or replacement of item(s).Please submit the requested time of pick up when submitting the request to confirm availability.
