A home on wheels. This trailer features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s perfect for a family getaway and gives everyone the space they need.This is a large bumper-pull travel trailer with 2 slide-outs and has 3 main areas: master bedroom, living area, and "kids" room. The trailer will sleep 9 people comfortably.The master bedroom has a full size queen, plenty of storage, and attached full bathroom.The kids/second bedroom area has its own privacy drape and can be closed off to the rest of the living area. There is a half bathroom near the kids room.The main area has a couch, that turns into a full bed, u-shaped dining area, full kitchen with a 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, double sink, pantry, and coffee station. This area has a 32" LED television with entertainment center and Bluetooth audio.The outside of the trailer includes an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, 2 burner stove, sink, outdoor shower, awning with LED lighting and speakers.We include: plastic cups, flatware, plates, kitchen utensils, foil, pots and pans, cutting board, coffee maker, outdoor rug, 2 reclining folding chairs, and various other supplies.Things we recommend you bring:
- Cordless Drill, we provide a 3/4" socket which makes setting the stabilizer jacks quick and easy.
- Laundry Hamper/Bag
- Bug Spray
- Trash Bags
- Work Gloves - these really help when connecting and disconnecting the trailer from the tow vehicle
- Cooler of Ice - we provide ice trays; however, the ice gets used very quickly.

Preparation and Setup Fee: $50 Mandatory
Tank Dump Fee: $65
Late Return Fee: $ 50 initial Fee + $20 for every hour past the first late hour. Pickup and dropoff time will be set prior to pickup.****Although not required, we recommend a vehicle with at least 400 ft-lbs of torque. We will perform a check based upon your towing vehicles max towing capacities for both the chassis and the engine. The trailer weighs approximately 6500 lbs DRY AND Unloaded. Your tow vehicle must be equipped with a brake controller. If your vehicle does not meet this requirement, at the time of pick-up, we will not release the trailer.****IT IS Your Responsibility TO Ensure That Your Vehicle IS Equipped FOR Towing. - WE ARE NOT Responsible FOR ANY Unequipped Vehicles AT Time OF Pick UP. - NO Refunds Will BE Issued FOR This Purpose NO Exceptions - We provide a complete weight distribution hitch system for all units - Vehicle Must have a Functional 7 prong round connector and be equipped for trailer brakes - Vehicle Must have a 2 inch Receiver for our hitch to be inserted.
