Queen size master bedroom with lots of closet storage and double bunk beds with a u-shaped dinette slide out that turns into a bed. USB charging stations in each bedding area.Kitchen:
The kitchen features a large, deep stainless steel sink, a full size fridge with freezer, 3 burner gas stove, oven and microwave. Included in the rental is a toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, frying pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, cups/mugs, plates/bowls, serving bowls, knife block set.Indoor Amenities:
Central heat and AC with thermostat controls, lots of floor space inside and entertainment includes 40" flat screen TV with an in house DVD player and an indoor/outdoor stereo system with Bluetooth capabilities.Outdoor Amenities:
Easy to use power awning with LED lighting and a large outdoor awning mat. Outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, sink and dual burners. Quick connect BBQ is available as an add on.Towing/Mechanical:
Trailer comes with weight distribution and stabilizer hitch. Power tongue jack and cap lights for those late night set ups, water heater and fridge are both two-way units (propane or land power) you will receive the unit with two full 20lb propane tanks ready for use.What you need:
We would appreciate you treating this trailer as if it were your own. We would like it returned in the same condition as it was when it left. We appreciate all of the interior thoroughly rinsed and cleaned. If it is returned in poor condition/unclean there will be a minimum fee of $150 deducted from the security deposit.
All you will need to do to rent is provide your own linen, have a proper tow vehicle (we require a truck with break controller for towing) food and you are ready to go!We have a no smoking/vaping policy and would prefer no pets.
