5.0we had a great experience renting this rv! it was very comfortable and worked perfectly for our trip. chuck was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the rental. we did have a generator issue toward the end of our trip, and chuck was quick to respond and help troubleshoot the problem. overall, we loved it and would definitely rent from him again!

4.0The RV was excellent, just as advertised, and the host delightfully helpful. The cost included charges that were not well advertised. But the major issue that arose was a dead battery, and completely unsatisfactory road service provided by an Outdoorsy contractor. After a phone call and a 20 minute conversation with a representative, there was a promise that a "technician" would call to arrange service. No such call was ever received. I had to arrange another service to get the RV started. A zero rating for your road service.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We're very flexibile. Practically yoga-like. P/U anytime after 8 am, drop off anytime before 6 pm, unless we need it dropped off sooner. Times may change, ask us ok?
