The 2 kitchens are the heart of the RV! The indoor kitchen features tons of prep space, oven, gas cooktop and microwave, as well as a refrigerator with separate freezer. Tons of pantry space, coffee maker, toaster and blender are included - we have thought of everything. The outdoor kitchen features a 2 burner cooktop, gas grill and small refrigerator. We provide a full array of paper plates, plasticware, cups, paper towel, coffee cups, mixing bowls, cooking utensils and all bedding. Let’s not forget the full bathroom with glass shower and more storage space. When you are ready to sleep, there is a private bedroom with a king sized bed with a tv and for guests, the sofa folds down to a bed. Our RV has ducted AC, so you can control the airflow within the RV. And safety - we include a weight distribution hitch and sway bars. No extra charge!We do require the tow vehicle have an electronic brake control installed within the vehicle. Also, our RV is just over 12,000 lbs, so please check your vehicle's tow capacity. Lastly, campground reservations are required - we do not allow the RV to be parked in a field, on the beach, etc.Delivery available: We offer a $75 flat fee to deliver and setup at Stephen F Austin or Brazos Bend State Park. Other locations are on case-by-case basis. Please contact me for a quote.Pets: The refundable deposit is $1,000 and there is a flat $50 non-refundable fee. Dogs must be 20 lbs or less.
