Welcome to our luxurious Roadtrek 210! Lovingly cared for by our family since new, she is perfect for couples and solo travelers.At just under 22 feet long, she is easy to park and drive. Smooth and quiet — perfect for the long haul! The custom captain's chairs, cruise control and air conditioning and heating make for an enjoyable ride.Accommodations include a large rear lounge that converts to a king size bed (or two twins), with large windows for ventilation, privacy curtains and a TV/DVD.The well-equipped kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, convection microwave and two burner stove. Solid wood cabinetry and plentiful storage make living in a smaller space a breeze.The bathroom has everything you need in a compact and functional space. Flush toilet, sink, handheld shower and large mirror.Handy outdoor storage bays, not typically found in most Class B RVs, hold items for camping including the supplied outdoor chairs. DEPARTURE CHECKLIST
To avoid damage to the RV interior/exterior, renter must complete the departure checklist, provided in the operations guide, at each departure.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM & SHORE POWER CONNECTION
Renter is required to follow all requirements as outlined to the digital operations guide provided. Renter must always use the included surge protector, and understands that use of extension cords is prohibited. Connecting to electrical outlets less than 30A can result in a low voltage condition which can damage RV appliances. Renter is responsible for repairs from damaged caused by improper use of electrical system.

SEPTIC SYSTEM
Renter is responsible for ensuring that foreign materials do not enter the RV septic system. Use sink strainers to catch debris, and limit what goes down the toilet to organic human waste and small amounts of RV safe toilet paper.

Renter is responsible for emptying the waste holding tanks as needed during the rental, and returning the RV with empty tanks.
