Résumé de l'avis
Responsive communication, easy process
Jennifer receives praise for her clear communication, providing instructional videos, and making pickup/drop-off easy and flexible. However, a booking was canceled, and one guest reported issues with an unannounced missing amenity.
Drives well, handles beautifully
Guests frequently commend its beautiful handling, suitability for tall people, and self-sufficiency. However, several issues arose including clogged plumbing, non-functional hot water/oven, low shower pressure, a fixed bed, and occasional braking concerns.

3.0Jennifer was very communicative. Unfortunately there was a clog in the pipes and for the entire week we were unable to use the van’s shower or sink. I would have liked some type of refund given the lack of amenities but Outdoorsy was impossible to communicate with and Jennifer seemed to have no power to influence the company. Would recommend but with reservations.
