This Ultra light RV can be pulled by some cars and SUVs, perfect if you don't have a truck. Family and pet friendly, sleeps up to 5 person; has a queen bed, 2 bunks and the table can transform into a bed for one. Table area is also perfect to set up a pack & play for a baby. Has bike rack professionally installed, fit up to 3 bikes. We provide ice maker (makes enough ice for drinks), 4 cups coffee maker with coffee pouches (sugar/creamer not included), s'mores kit (long forks, marshmallows, graham crackers, Hershey chocolate bars) fresh linen (sheets, comforters, towels, dish towels), 3 sleeping bags, 3 outside blankets, outside table, 5 camping chairs, 2 lanterns (batteries not included - each needs eight D batteries), trash for outside (garbage bags to put inside not included), box fax (for outside when hot, inside has AC), dishes including wine glasses, pots, pans, camping oven, cook ware, BBQ cooking tools, foil, saran-wrap, dish soap, RV suitable toilet paper, various tools including scissors, plenty of storage above kitchen table, above master bed as well as under master bed, medium size cooler for extra outside food/drink storage. For a San-Antonio visit we recommend KOA Alamo (10 minutes drive from the Alamo and the River Walk). Autres points à signalerOnly use RV suitable toilet paper (some will be included). Any other type of toilet paper will clog the pipe. We allow pets but please do not leave pets unattended in the RV unless in a crate or you are 100% sure your pet will not panic and damage the inside of the RV when you are not around. We do not allow smoking inside the RV but smokers are welcome to rent and smoke outside. We have a baby and install the pack and play on the table-bed area and it works great for us. Still leave enough space on the side for our large dog to sleep on the table area as next to the pack and play. Hot water tank needs to be manually filled in order to have hot water. We fill ours every morning and it usually provide enough hot water for the day. If everyone takes a shower we may refill mid-day.
