She is located in the Royse City / Garland area and weighs 6800 lbs. making her towable with most half ton trucks and SUV's. She also comes stocked with our Amenities Package! Everything you need for the kitchen, bed and bath. Please note that the Amenities Package does not include cleaning. Everything needed to tow, ball, sway bar and equalizer bars are included. The 6'4" ceiling height, king slide-out in the living area as well as the slide in the bunk house make this an extremely roomy RV. She has a walk around queen bed in the master with 2 privacy doors and a swivel mount for the 40" TV which can be viewed from either the master or the living room. The dinette makes into a bed and there is also a full size pull out sofa. The rear bunkhouse features 2 bunk beds, a full size pull out sofa, entertainment area, great storage and a private door. This amazing RV can sleep 8-10 happy campers. The bath is also very roomy with a toilet, tub and enclosed shower, vanity and a separate entry door. The kitchen comes equipped with a 3 burner stove, microwave oven, conventional oven and refrigerator and freezer. The 40" LCD Flat Screen TV is complete with AM/FM/CD with Aux. input system with indoor and outdoor speakers. There's also a great power awning, power leveling jacks and an outside shower. For the chef, this RV has a great outdoor kitchen workstation with a 4 cubic foot refrigerator, bumper mount grill and sink. There are also 2 A/C units to keep it nice and cool in those summer months. The unit is also wired for cable. Whether you're camping, entertaining, attending a festival, Nascar or whatever, you will love spending time inthis RV. Every 7th night is free and monthly discounts are available as well.
