Newer, super roomy. Includes two bedrooms with double bunk beds in the rear bedroom, super slide out and super sized dinette. TV and blu ray player to watch movies. Everything is electric, set up can be done with click of a button. Indoor and outdoor sound system with Bluetooth . Awning and outdoor lighting. Outdoor shower. Linens for Master bed, bath are included (2 shower towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths.) and enough sheets for all beds. No pillows or blankets are included. Pots and pans are included as well as cooking utensils. We do have paper cups/plates/bowls/and plastic-ware that can be used, but availability is NOT guaranteed. Delivery, set up and pick up are available for an additional charge of $1.5 per mile each way or $50 each way min.
Sanitation fee is used to disinfect all surfaces before and after rentals and is outside standard cleaning.
