Security Deposit: $1,000.00 is charged before your trip begins. It is released within 30 days after the trip ends, unless any damages need to be assessed.
Lost keys: $100 deducted from the security deposit. Motorhomes depart with fuel tanks full (gas & propane) and must return with the same level of fuel.

Seemed like the business was overwhelmed by our rental of five units at one time. There were large delays in getting them set up, the kitchen kits were not delivered on time and there were some issues with set up connections and non functioning heaters in a couple of units. It took a month to get the security deposit back in the mail and that needed to be prompted. Certainly room for many improvements
