Overall we were somewhat disappointed and feel like we paid a lot of money for what we got. While the tent trailer was clean, it did not have the wheel blocks as promised so we had to use rocks instead. There was no battery so we couldn't use the light or the heater which were 2 reasons why we wanted to rent a trailer in the first place. The crank was broken so the owner rigged up something to use to raiser and lower the trailer but it was not very easy to use. My husband did not get much information in terms of how to use the trailer amenities such as the sink and the stove. We assumed there was water in the trailer but that was not the case so we had to lug large containers of water to fill up the tank for the sink. Luckily, we were camping with some other experienced tent trailer people who helped us out.
