The rental was very easy and straight-forward. Coupled with freindly and knowledgable staff, this rental ended in happy memories. As a first timer, I was explained the essentials, how much weight I could tow, what size hitch I needed, the functions of an RV Trailer, etc... My family will be returning customers.
