5Otis and his wife were amazing. This was our first experience using Outdoorsy and they made it easy and seamless. Looking forward to camping out with Lucky again in the near future.

5Otis and Melissa are wonderful! We actually stayed where Otis delivered the RV "Lucky," how easy was that? Otis went through the entire checkout and during the process setup the RV, all we did was move in. Everything on the RV worked perfectly, especially the heater, as the temperature was chilly in the 40s. Otis even customized the digital lock to a number we were familiar with, removing the need for a key to get in and out. I would rent from Otis and Melissa again without question; their RV is well maintained and they are super people! Eric
