5.0Very helpful with questions in preparation for the trip and when we picked up and dropped off the RV. Flexible in terms of timing for pickup and drop-off when we ran ahead of schedule. RV was clean and well maintained. Positive experience all around!

5.0We are thinking about buying a Travato KL and thought renting would be a good place to start. We have never stayed in an RV before. We were happy to see this RV with such a complete list of amenities and items included. Makenzie and Bob were great to work with before, during and after the rental. The prep fee included getting a clean RV with full/empty tanks as well as leaving it a little dirtier with emptier and fuller tanks - awesome! It was evident that they cared about their RV, had a lot of fun trips and were happy to share. They were patient with this newbie:) If the description of the unit fits your needs, I do not believe you will be disappointed!
