4.0Stephanie and her husband were very communicative, and the RV was super clean and nice! The hookup was explained to us in detail and easy to do by ourselves. The only things we wish we would have had, was a fresh water hookup to be able to use our hose to wash off our feet, etc. Also, the refrigerator did not stay cold at all, and all of our cold food got warm. Other than that, we would definitely rent this RV again!
