Avalanche is a bespoke design, handmade by Fair Is Fair, a craft van designer/builder in St. Paul, MN. This 2-person tiny home on wheels gets you 'out there' with a unique blend of beauty and functionality. Luxurious materials and amenities in the living-space make you feel at home while the bike bays and gear storage in the garage allow you to adventure fast and far. The Avalanche design is for those who want to travel far, simplify life, be outdoors, and appreciate a clean, comfortable space at the end of the day.Unique features include:
- 6'6" ceilings and a full-length Queen bed (not a sideways-sleeper!)
- Fresh air intake with Hepa filter for cool, filtered, outside air

Why is my pricing scheme not like the others?

Great question! This pricing scheme follows the real-world value of the rental much more accurately than other pricing schemes that are heavily base on $/night. By focusing on a minimum nightly cost and then calculating a milage fee based on actual depreciation of Avalanche, I have created a scheme that ensures you don't overpay! If this scheme doesn't work for your trip I will help find a solution!

Where is the toilet?

A Laveo Dry Flush toilet can be added upon request. This requires extra lead-time and expense so generally is only done for longer stays. Please message me for details if you require a toilet. Otherwise, a toilet is not included because there is almost always a better place to "go" and eliminating the toilet means more space for other storage/weight.
