Brand NEW, Super Clean & LightweightThis travel trailer is the perfect getaway trailer for memorable family camping trips.Dry Weight is 3321 lbs. Gvwr is 4400 lbs. You Must have some sort of trailer braking system on your vehicle. Must have 2 5/16” hitch ball to tow the trailer, or you may rent ours and add it on for $10/ day.Comes fully stocked with supplies-
bedding- sheets, comforters, blankets and sleeping bags (for dinette sleeping area).
Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and bath mat.

We ask that you are respectful and return the trailer the way it was rented to you.There is a $500 refundable security deposit (covers the Outdoorsy insurance deductible) and a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee. Please remove your shoes before entering the trailer. The black and gray tanks must be emptied and flushed before being returned, otherwise you will lose $100 of your security deposit. We also ask that you top off the propane tank before returning, otherwise a flat fee of $20 will be charged from your security deposit.Absolutely no smoking in or around the trailer and no pets allowed inside. If there is evidence of pets and/or smoking inside of the trailer, $200 of your security deposit will be forfeited. (We have allergies in our family and the trailer will need a professional detail in order for us to use it again).Delivery is available at .75 per mile. If you plan on dry camping (without RV hookups) you may want to rent a generator to be able to use the AC, microwave, and electrical outlets. Generator is available for rent for $12/ day for 5 hours/day- and $4 for each additional hour.
