4067 pounds dry weight. 3 queen beds, and the dinette also converts into a bed. Has a bigger oven than most rvs. Air conditioner and heater. Has a tv with dvd player and hdmi slots for a firestick. Has a coffee pot that uses pods or grounds. Propane bbq. Heated matresses. Charging station that runs off 12v. Must have a generator or shore power to run tv, microwave, ac, coffee machine, or heated matresses. Supply your own linnens and towels. Has cooking pots/pans/cooking utensils included in rental. The trailer has 2 20-pound propane tanks and 1 12 volt battery. 58 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon grey tank, 30 gallon black tank. Very light weight can be towed by most trucks and some SUVs. Please read the addons sections for additional fees if applicable. Highly recommend camping at campgrounds with electrical hookups unless you have an inverter generator to keep the battery charged. 1 12 volt battery will not last very long.
