Our 'Tiny Home' is a brand new 2021 K-Z Sportsmen. Featuring a dual entries, one for master bedroom and another for the living room. Sleeping arrangements for all sizes of family and friends as our 'Tiny Home' comes with a queen-sized bed, double bunks(twin size), foldout couch, and convertible dinnette. That boasts arrangements for 8 comfortably. For the lucky ones that call dibs on the master bedroom, you get extra privacy as a full size bathroom is tucked between the master and the rest of the living space.We also have an upgraded "tankless" water heater which allows your group of 8 to take showers back to back without losing hot water (did you hear that ladies?). Other upgrades include double A/C & Heaters. Yes people, double A/C!!! The master bedroom/bathroom have a dedicated A/C and the main living area has a dedicated A/C. This is key people!The kitchen has your usual items plus some added luxury. Complete with sink, gas stove, 12v fridge (more on that in a minute) & microwave. Plus we have you covered with a Keureg, toaster, AND counter top ice machine! Yep, Ice Ice Baby! Back to the fridge... this fridge runs off 12v power... which means it is running when your car is plugged in and turned on. It cools in about 20 minutes too. In other words, you don't have to pack all your food in Ice coolers.Entertainment? Shoot, we got that covered.... 2 TVs (Master Bedroom & Living Room) on pull out swivel mounts with Roku sticks and DVD players! Radio sound bar with blue tooth on the inside with exterior speakers too.Speaking of exterior, our Tiny Home has a full length awning that covers both doors and extends waaaay out for plenty of shade.
Of course we stock it for you with everything you need as well.Listen, it's got the space, it's got the luxuries, and it's got the cool factor (double AC and Ice machine)... so let's just add you to the mix and make it a Party! - Outside drying rack for swimsuits, towels, etc.
- Gas grill w/ adapter to hose to connect to trailer propane tanks
- Charcoal grill, small table top version
- Coal starter (the cylinder you start the coals in, then pour into grill)
- All the necessary items to start a fire (matches, lighter fluid, etc.)
- 2 sets of outdoor string lights (35 feet in length)
- 3 sets of very long extension cords
- 1 Very long TV cable cord
- Emergency air compressor (for trailer tires or bike tires)

We call our family a circus because we have 4 kids, dog, turtle, and a guinea pig. We are a hot mess but we LOVE being together and our RV is one of our favorite places to be together.
