• No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV. Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in additional cleaning fees. • Pets are welcome! Up to two pets under 30 pounds are allowed with prior approval. Pets must not be left unattended in the RV unless kenneled. • Experienced guests may tow the RV with prior approval. Tow vehicle must meet all towing capacity requirements and be equipped with a compatible brake controller and hitch setup. • No climbing or walking on the roof. • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. • Occupancy is limited to the number of sleeping positions available in the RV. • Guests are expected to return the RV in reasonably clean condition. • Black and gray holding tanks must be emptied before return. A dump fee will be charged if the tanks are returned full. • Please report any accidents, damage, or mechanical issues immediately. • No candles, incense, or open flames inside the RV. • Generator use is permitted only during approved campground or local quiet hours. • No travel on unmaintained roads or off-road areas without prior approval. • Have fun, make memories, and treat the RV as if it were your own.
