If ANY smoke smell is detected at drop off at the end of the rental a fee will be collected to pay for a deep clean and ozone treatment.

Renters are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning if needed. Any Damages or additional cleaning will be deducted from security deposit
Upon return of of RV water tank valves must be open with cap off confirming tanks have been properly dumped

5.0My family had a blast in this RV. We drove up to Payson and went semi off the grid. It was very roomy and met all our needs. It got down to 45° at night and we were able to kick up the heater and stay warm. We were able to boil water for our French press. It was also super nice to have an easy and clean place for the kids to use the restroom. We brought our kids and everyone had a blast. There was plenty of room for six of us to sleep comfortably. We would absolutely rent from Tony and Brett again! They were great hosts and were helpful when I had questions during my rental. Would rate 10/10 if I could.

5.0RV exceeded our expectations! Our family of 6 took a trip to the Mogollon Rim and we had an amazing time. The RV had enough room for all of us to sleep very comfortable and during the rainy days we were able to cook and hang out inside with no problem at all. Tony and Brett are super nice and answered all of our questions, making this trip super smooth. Will definitely book again in the future.

5.0Renting this RV from Brett and Tony was the best trip of our lives. We loved every moment. The RV was clean and in good working order, the bed was super comfy, and Tony and Brett were expert communicators with any questions or issues we had on the road. We would highly recommend starting your RV adventure with them. We will certainly be back for more!
