Pick up time is flexible, but preferably anytime between 8am - 12pm. Whatever time you choose for pick up must be the same time you drop off.

On the driver's side of the vehicle, you will see the correct label for each hookup connection as such: - City Connection - Fresh Water - Black Tank Flush Connections Provided with RV: - 30 amp Electric Power Cord - 25 ft Black water hose (orange) - 10 ft Fresh water hose (white) - Black & gray tank dump hose

Why isn't the RV locking with the key remote?

Please check to see that you shut the sliding door all the way. 99.99% of the time it is because you did not shut the door enough.

Where can I find dumpsites?
R.
You can typically find dumps at any campground to dump your fresh, grey & black water tanks. Some bigger cities will have a local dump site that can be used for free. WARNING: Never dump your tanks into a storm drain, this is highly illegal and contaminates your city's fresh water supply.
