Easy process to get the RV. Working with Jess was awesome. She was super helpful and knowledgeable during the check out and check in process. RV was in good shape and was easy to operate. RV was super clean. When we had a question about the refrigerator, they were quick to respond to my messages to get a resolution. I would rent from them again.

Martin takes excellent care of his vehicles and our prism made for a really low stress easy trip. Would 100% book again.

This was my first time renting an RV, and I soon found out there was a learning curve to driving and operating one safely and properly. Thankfully, Harish (the owner) and Jess were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my entire experience, from answering my many questions before I rented the vehicle to providing prompt support throughout the trip (they responded to my texts within minutes). All in all, my kids and I had an amazing time driving throughout the southwestern United States and a pleasant stay in the RV. Even though our particular RV wasn't the latest or newest model available, it was sufficiently clean, roomy (especially with the slideout completely expanded), simple to operate (once I learned the basics), and has ample storage, a large refrigerator, decent-sized bathroom facilities, and all the amenities we needed to keep our family of four comfortable and happy. I would rent from Great RV again and would recommend them to anyone looking to travel this way.

Exceptional communication! We were first time RV renters and had lots of questions even before we decided to book. Great RV was the one company that kept getting back to us when we were trying to decide on an RV. The excellent communication continued after we booked. They answered all types of questions and got back to us right away. I seriously can’t think of how they could have communicated better. They even called us to remind us about insurance when we forgot to do the paperwork. And when we thought there was an issue with the refrigerator (there wasn’t an issue, it just took longer to get cold than anticipated) they hooked us up with their tech person within an hour. The RV itself was great. It drove well and had no major issues. Beds were comfortable and the overhead bed had more space than most which was nice. Great RV has a small fleet of RVs and they ended up giving us one that had a different dining table layout than we thought we were getting. The important thing was that it had the right seatbelt configuration so it was all fine. Jess took time to let us make sure the RV was right for us and that the child car seats could be secured. She helped us brainstorm how to do it and was very flexible and laid back when we proposed moving some cushions around and strapping them in an unconventional way (we ended up taking the cushions off and securing them straight down to the bolts that held the seatbelts) The return process was great. I saw reviews of other companies ripping people off of security deposits. Great RV was super easy on this front and didn’t nickel and dime us at all. Without a doubt I would recommend them to others and we will book with them again on the next trip. The communication was outstanding, vehicle was solid, and they earned our trust with how they handled the security deposit.
