I was a little hesitant to rent this RV after reading some of the previous reviews, but those reviews actually helped me know what questions to ask before booking. I want to thank Norman for his excellent communication and for patiently answering all of my questions as a first-time RV renter. The pickup and drop-off process were seamless. He even agreed to meet early in the morning to give us a thorough walkthrough, demonstrating how everything worked and turning on the appliances and A/C to make sure everything was functioning properly before we left. The RV is a 2017 model, so it does show some normal wear and tear, but it was comfortable and met our needs perfectly. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness only because the refrigerator and restroom could have used a little extra attention before pickup. It wasn't a major issue, and I was able to freshen them up before we used them. Overall, this RV was perfect for our weekend getaway, and the price couldn't be beat. Thank you again, Norman! I look forward to renting this RV again for our future camping trips.
