Load up your family and make memories in this spacious RV floor plan. This Minnie Winnie has an open floor plan concept providing plenty of room to sleep 8 people. If you are looking for space and comfort, this is the right choice! The RV has a queen bed in the master, an overhead queen bunk, the kitchen dinette table turns into a double bed, as well, as a sofa bed. The spacious kitchen has a refrigerator, pantry, microwave, stove and oven that makes you feel like you're at home. The RV has heating and cooling, 32' TV w/dvd player, shower, toilet/sink (separate from shower), porch lights, patio awning and a large rear trunk. Bedding (sheet sets, pillows and comforters) are available to rent as well but must be arranged in advance. Any fee's pulled from the deposit, the renter will pay the 2.95% processing fee. The interior and exterior will be clean upon pickup, should the RV not be returned in the same condition, there will be a cleaning fee. A bike rack can also be rented but must be ordered prior to departure day. The interior and exterior is delivered clean and always sanitized between rentals. I hold myself to a high standard and will never deliver the RV in any other condition. My 5 star reviews speak for themselves, as I take pride in the bar I set for myself. I have had nothing but great renters over my years but you definitely get a few you cant ever please no matter how hard you try. I love meeting my renters, hearing about their trip and having them re-rent the following years. I am extremely honest, friendly and flexible because I want people to have a great trip. You will love this RV as much as I do and will make memories of a life time.

I am not one to write negative reviews but I would say “renter beware”. Let’s start with the positives here: the RV is in good condition and we had absolutely no issues with it during our trip. The negatives: the owners are not honest people. They are looking to make a buck wherever they can and try to do so by going back on their word. When we rented the RV, they told us that if the inside was completely clean (ie, what you would expect to see as a new renter), she would not charge us if the exterior of the RV wasn’t clean. Yes, their expectation is that you completely wash the exterior prior to return, which concerns me that they don’t clean the RV between renters. We returned the RV sanitized on the inside (cleaner than how we received it). We also washed the outside of the RV as best we could. We drove it back to them (1 hour on the freeway) and they tried to tell us the outside wasn’t clean because they could see some freeway dust on it. When she said that they might have to charge $100 for exterior cleaning, I reminded her of what she told me re: waiving that fee is the inside was clean. She claimed she never said that. They also wanted to charge us for an extra day because we were 25 minutes late on delivery (mind you, we arrived at the pickup time at the adjusted time and they weren’t there yet. Lastly, I received a message from the owners they day after arrival that my security deposit was being returned with only the over-mileage being deducted. One week later, I received an email from Outdoorsy re: a claim that was made for damage and that my security deposit was being held. Mind you, I signed the Return form that said I was only being charged for the extra mileage. Very poor experience.

My 5 star reviews and reoccurring renters speak for themselves. I run an honest renting experience, I do not try to "make an extra buck", I take pride in making sure my RV is clean on the exterior and interior (again my other reviews state facts) of what kind of an owner I am. I do charge a $200 dollar cleaning fee and I was trying to be nice since you stated "it would be hard for you to clean the exterior", I thought stating if you clean the inside, I will only charge you for the exterior, which instead of the normal $200 charge, I'd charge only $100. I have never once waived a cleaning fee just because someone says it might be hard to clean the RV, that makes no sense. It clearly states on the paperwork and online, that the interior AND exterior must be clean or a $200 fee will be charged. The RV exterior charge of $100 that I DID NOT charge you, was because the RV did not come back with just bugs on the grill from driving it as you state "from your home to us", the sides were dirty with black marks and the bumper and rear was dirty as well, so lets state the truth. This was not just "dust from driving". I clean the RV interior and exterior EVEN if the renter has cleaned it, prior to my next rental. I take pride in my delivery and expect the same when the renter returns it. I appreciate honest reviews not things made up. When you picked up the RV you complained so bad of your prior rental you had with another owner, bashing their RV, the owner and outdoorsy. It is clear its not the "owners" who are dishonest. All of my returns are by 1pm. I made the exception WITHOUT charging you for each additional hour to return the RV at 4pm. You were late because you went to a gas station thinking you could dump your tanks. My husband waited for you and per your message to him, came back at the "new time" you stated so you could find somewhere to dump. It was made clear to you, that any return past 4pm will automatically add another days charge. There was no claim against you, so I am not sure where that came from. You were charged your mileage overages and because of your arguing back and forth that I didn't want to deal with, I waived the $100 fee. Clearly, I am not looking to make the extra money or else I would have charged you the $100, that you rightfully owed. I hope in the future, you are more honest and do not attack good owners who do not deserve such a dishonest review.

Such a breeze from pick up to return. Minnie Winnie was a gem, super comfortable, well appointed with everything one could need. We traveled the Oregon coast and loved how easy it was to hookup for the night in the camp sites. Would highly recommend renting to anyone. Everyone was in perfect working order. Thank you David and Lisa!

Lisa and David's RV is very clean and extremely well maintained. David was very thorough in his introduction and accompanied me on a test drive to get me familiarized with the vehicle. We had a very fun trip to Yosemite. Thanks!

This was my first time renting an RV and what an amazing experience! The RV has lots of room, we were 6 people and there was more room than what we need, very clean inside and outside, the 12 hour drive didn't even felt that long because it's super comfortable, I had my 2 kids with me and they love every single moment we spend on the trip. I can't wait to rent this RV again, and by the way Lisa and her husband David are so professional. Thank you so much guys!
