5.0Phenomenal Experience. I have never used an RV before and other than experience pulling a trailer I had no idea what I was doing. Russell did a phenomenal job explaining everything to me and ensuring our trip would run smoothly. He was very helpful and the RV was in perfect condition, I could not find a single scratch or dent anywhere. The process was incredibly simple and made for the trip of a lifetime to see the redwoods. Highly recommend and we will hopefully be renting again for a trip to Yosemite!

5.0What an easy experience! This was our first time renting a trailer (we had owned one for a while). Russel made the process very simple an easy. Pick up was simple with a great walkthrough of the trailer and a binder with very helpful and detailed information. Drop off was quick, and we look forward to renting from Nice Rigs again.

Standard pick up timing is 1-4pm on departure day and standard return time is 9am-12pm on return day. There are optional add on items during the booking process to request early departure (9am-12pm) and/or late return (1-4pm). If the trailer is not booked already you can lock those in for a small fee.
