Great host great customer service.

The first thing I would say to potential renters is this is a business for Michael. It’s a business…and it’s run like a business. This isn’t someone renting out their mom and dad‘s trailer. As such, there’s an awful lot of experience that comes with renting from Michael. Been there done that so you can expect a bunch of efficiencies when dealing with him. We’re all very busy and sometimes our schedules change. I found the flexibility in terms of pick up/drop off were very helpful to my schedule. The unit was simply spectacular. Airstream is the pinnacle of travel trailers and Michael has a fantastic selections in all shapes and sizes! This was a fantastic experience for me and I have already secured another Airstream from him in the near future. A special shout out goes to Anthony, who manages the in/out process. Well done to both! See you soon!

I can't say enough about Outdoorsy and Michael who's beautiful Airstream we ended up renting. The day before out scheduled trip, the original travel trailer we rented had to cancel due to the tires and wheels being stolen. I made a call to Outdoorsy and they quickly found Michael and his Airstream available for us to rent. It was a much nicer unit and more expensive than the original we had rented. Outdoorsy paid the difference. Now that is what I call fabulous customer service. I will be singing their praises to anyone needing to rent an RV and anyone that will listen to my story. Michael was also great to work with. His employee Anthony was extremely helpful and walked us through the workings of the trailer. He was there on our return and checked us back in. All in all it was a great trip and I would use both Outdoorsy and Michael again.

Michael and team were very accommodating, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They set everything up onsite at their location. They were available when we had questions and ensured we were set up for success! I highly recommend using their services. The Airstream itself was in impeccable shape and our little family of four very much enjoyed it!
