From booking to drop off Marc was the best host you could ask for. When we told him we are renting his RV for our honeymoon, everything got even more great. He made sure we had an unforgettable time even though he didn't know us. We are from Germany, he is from Los Angeles, so how would we know each other. Yet he treated us like best friends. Mark has always been available, for any questions. In addition, he has done so many extra (honeymoon benefit) things for us that I don't even want to list them, so not every renter thinks that this is his standard offer, I guess that would make him broke haha. In the end, when we dropped off the RV, Mark, my wife and me went out for dinner and drinks at the Santa Monica Pier, talked about personal and work related things, and in the end, we sort of became the friends he treated us as from the beginning. Information about the his RV: The Mercedes drives perfectly, even uphill at 35 Celsius / 95 Fahrenheit in the shade. We drove for two and a half weeks through California, Arizona, Utah, Nevada and California again. Without any issues. We will never forget our honeymoon, thanks to Mark, who made it so easy for us to explore the southwest of the USA. Thanks mate!!

Mark is the best. Nicest and coolest guy ever. His rv is beautiful and perfect for a family. We have 3 kids and it was perfect. He showed me how to use everything and it was all so simple. Definitely will go back and rent from him again.

Mark is the coolest guy and his RV is fantastic. We road-tripped up to Montana and camped for a week. Rig handles great and is easy to drive, camp setup is a snap, and it has everything you need onboard.

Mark and his RV were wonderful for our trip to the Redwood forest in northern California. We had a great family week!

We loved renting Freedom for our trip to Utah and Arizona! Mark was so friendly and communicative. He thoroughly explained all of the details and features of the RV, which we definitely needed, as we were first time RV trippers. The Freedom was spacious enough for our family of 4 (including 2 adult sons), and the finishes and appointments were so luxurious, it made it super comfortable to be in. It was extremely easy to drive, and its diesel engine got good gas milage and had enough pick-up to easily get up steep elevations. I would definitely rent Freedom again!! In fact, I miss it already!
