This was my first time renting an RV and Katie was a wonderful host. Everything was ready to go at pick-up, and Katie was super helpful in the walkthrough showing everything I needed to know. The Airstream was perfect as a first-timer - easy to setup, tow, and operate. My wife and daughter enjoyed the weekend in Santa Cruz and we had lots of compliments about the Airstream. Please take care of the RV and Katie will take care of you. Blessings!
