Condition of the RV at Pickup: 3 RV Was Not Cleaned: ◦ Host admitted the RV had just been used over the 4th of July. ◦ Interior had a strong bathroom odor due to an unemptied 3/4-full black tank from host usage. 4 Unreported Pre-Existing Damage: ◦ RV had some minor damages not previously disclosed. 5 Limited Usable Storage: ◦ Despite listing saying no utensils or cookware were included, all cabinets were full with the host’s items. ◦ Left no room to store guests' belongings, leading to clutter and disorganization. This RV is very spacious when it extends. It drives smooth and dry fuel efficient. I would definitely recommend this RV to small parties of 2-4 people. Clarence was easy going and checked on us when we were out on our trip. Thanks Clarence.

Clarence was a very gracious host. This RV is fully appointed and is a very comfortable way to travel. The diesel had ample power and was great on gas mileage. Clarence was more than helpful when we need assistance operating the battery system during our trip. Great experience and would rent from Clarence again.
