2024 ASpen 24 ft drop off and up by owner only

This was my first trip to the Oceano Dunes and my first time renting a trailer for my family. Carlos made it so easy and stress free. He was very patient and answered all my questions - I had a lot! What’s great was the service of dropping off and picking up to and from my location, not to mention the cleaning services as well. Everything was setup before so I didn’t have to do anything except show up. I rented the 24 ft trailer which sleeps 6 people. It was perfect for my little family of 4. It was very clean and had open space for my 2 kids to roam around in. My first camping trip for my girls and we had a blast! I would definitely rent again and highly recommend his company.

Beautiful RV in excellent condition. Perfect as a little extra guest house for a family visit, it was so fun for them to stay in a camper and had everything they needed - bedroom, kitchen, bathroom! Juan Carlos was an amazing host, so easy to work with and it’s clear he takes great care of it. Would definitely recommend and use again!

This was a ripoff! The platform was difficult to navigate. It booked the trailer when it wasn’t my intention. When I tried to cancel within 24 hours it said it was final and there were no refunds. The bunk beds had a one and a half inch thin foam pad on plywood that was impossible for an adult to sleep on and this was not disclosed. Then there were $442 of additional charges that were added on that were not disclosed before booking. I will never use Outdoorsy again and contest the charges.

Juan was very accommodating to our needs and was very quick to respond to my questions. The best part about his service was he came out to check on an issue we had and fixed it right away. I will definitely rent from him again when we visit CA again! He takes care of his trailer and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

This was our first time camping in a trailer and we will absolutely do it again- Juan Carlos was the BEST! The trailer was clean, comfortable and we couldn't believe how well it kept sound out- we all slept great! I would 10/10 recommend renting a trailer/RV from Juan Carlos- his communication and helpfulness was everything and his guidance and suggestions made our trip better than it would have been had we rented elsewhere. If you are camping with out hookups- ABSOLUTELY add on the generator, and regardless of hook-ups, add on the Blackstone- we may even buy a Blackstone after this trip because it was so awesome to cook on. We will 100% rent from Juan Carlos again. Highly recommended!
