This RV has a kitchen with a stove, microwave, oven and fridge. We're also happy to let you use a table top charcoal grill. Kitchen utensils are provided. There are two slide outs - one in the living area and one in the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The bathroom has a shower and sink, and the toilet has its own door for privacy. There is AC and propane heat. It has a manual awning plus a sun shade. We lived in this RV for three months ourselves. It's older so the carpet and decor show some wear and tear, and we have priced it accordingly. Once it's remodeled, the price will go up.**RV must stay within 30 miles of our location**
