5Ours wasn’t your typical excursion. We needed to get my wife to a surgeon 3 states over and we needed comfort and reliability. That is exactly what we got. Christopher’s RV ran great and and was a pleasure to drive. Christopher communicated beautifully even though he was on vacation and we never worried about imposing with our silly questions. After my wife heals, we would love to take this RV and tour the Southwest.

5We had the most amazing family vacation in the Sprinter. The drive was smooth and quiet. The vehicle was delivered to my home and very clean. The host was great at responding and communicating. I would highly recommend renting this RV.

2The initial interaction and exchange was great, Christopher was very helpful and explained everything very well. We went on our trip and he answered quickly when I had a question during the trip. But on our way back we got a flat tire. Which I understand that these things happen. But with our three small children it was a terrible experience. And we were still able to return it back spotless. However,? He said he was going to charge an additional day for us being past the return time AND charged us for the tire when the mechanic told us it was well past its life, 5 years old. He also charged us for “taking” a pillow and a bedsheet. I never even opened the cabinet where his linens were. If the experience hadn’t included the hundreds of dollars of extra charges it would have been 5 stars. But instead it felt shady and dishonest. Not worth the hassle at all.

2Was great until the end. Charged $116 for pick up fee (that isn’t set up as a choice when booking), when it should have been $99. Was not clear about fees until after booking. There are more affordable platforms and more organized. RVShare and Cruise America.
