Our RVs are our livelihood, and we want to take care of them the best ways possible. We ask that you do the same. It's heartbreaking finding damage to our RVs as well as very costly. Please respect our RVs as if they were your own.Roof-
No climbing on the roof or ladder.Smoking-
NO smoking in the RV. Smoking in the RV will result in forfeiture of entire security deposit.Damages-
renter is responsible for all damages caused including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit.Travel
Off-road: Travel on non-public, unpaved and/or logging roads, sand dunes is NOT permitted at any time. Any questions about this, please ask, exceptions can be made with approval.Returning
(Rental is per day) RVs must be returned at their scheduled return time. If running late we are flexible on the return time only if the RV is NOT booked for the next day. If the RV is not returned to us in time, and we have to rush to have it cleaned, inspected, and ready for turnover, we charge a $250.00 late fee for the rush. If returned after the specified return time without written authorization, a fee of $100.00 will be charges for every additional hour late. All RVs must be returned before sundown, no exceptions.Speeding
RV not to be driven over 70 mph. One warning will be given and then a fee of $50.00 per occurrence will be charged. All speeds are monitored.AGE Requirement
Minimum rental age is 27.Tolls AND Tickets
Toll or parking violations will be billed to your reservation.Fuel
If you do not fill, we will charge $8.25 per gallon + $50 surcharge to fill it up.Propane
If propane tanks are not brought back full there will be a charge of $8.25 per gallon + $50.00 surcharge fee to fill up.Tanks
If Grey, Black tanks are NOT dumped and you have not prepaid to have them dumped there will be a charge of $75.00 + $50.00 surcharge to dumpCleaning
Standard cleaning fee of $200.00 is mandatory for all reservations. The unit to be returned in clean condition as received. Although we don't expect you to bring it back immaculate, and we know camping comes with some level of dust and dirt, if you bring the RV back unreasonably dirty (e.g., piles of dust, trash everywhere), we will charge an additional $95.00 hour to have it sanitized and detailed.Music Festivals
All music festivals will incur a Festival Fee of $150.00 to cover the cost of extra maintenance and some additional cleaning.Accidents
If you are in a collision and it is your fault, insurance will cover the damages (up to their limits). If it is the other vehicle's fault, you must get the insurance information and contact information of the other driver and take photographs of insurance cards, driver's licenses, and vehicle damage so we can hold the other driver's insurance responsible.Stocking
Due to Covid-19 we are NO longer adding utensils in the RV. We can provide bedding, towels, and pillows for a additional cost of $85.00. (It can be added on "ADD-ONs"Awning
Use of awning is allowed, renter responsible for retracting awning during inclement weather.Pets
The $150.00 Pet FEE is Mandatory for you to bring your pet. It is ONE FEE per pet, 2 pet maximum per reservation. WE allow all pets and that you provide a Kennel for them to be in if left alone. WE are pet lovers too, and realize accidents happen. If damage occurs your security deposit will be held until costs to replace/repair are realized.Holidays
