Could not have asked for a nicer host for our first RV rental. The owner’s son Vinny was very detailed in his explanation of the RV and how to operate every aspect of the vehicle. The RV was immaculate and very well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. Customer Service was outstanding and when we called with questions he literally picked up on the first or second ring. I would not hesitate to rent this RV as we had an outstanding trip.

The RV meet all our expectations. Vincent was very helpful through the process and responded quickly to all questions. Highly recommended this RV rental.

We were scheduled to attend an LTV rally in Vegas three days after our NEW rig was sideswiped. We thought we would have to cancel. Thankfully, we were referred to Outdoorsy, found Vin and his Serenity, and rented it for the week. Never been on Outdoorsy before but the rental experience was smooth. Vin was super communicative and our trip in their well-maintained rig was a success! Thanks Vin.

We recently rented “Cinaman” for a 2 week adventure to Colorado for the fall colors and I can't rave enough about our experience! From the very first contact, Vincent was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions promptly. We felt confident in our decision thanks to his guidance and knowledge. The reservation process was smooth and straightforward. We appreciated the clear communication throughout, which made the entire experience stress-free. Once we picked up the RV, it was clean, meticulously well-maintained, and exactly as described. The owner took the time to walk us through all the features and amenities, ensuring we were fully comfortable before hitting the road. During our journey, I had a couple of questions, and Vincent was quick to respond and patiently walked me through to solve the issue. It's obvious he genuinely cares about the renters and wants to provide a fantastic experience. Returning the RV was just as easy as picking it up. Overall, this was an outstanding rental experience, and I can't recommend Vincent and “Cinaman” highly enough! I'll definitely be renting from him again in the future!
