2021 Coleman Light 17b, 21 foot long, weights about 3,000 lbs dry weight and towable with most small SUVs. It's small enough to park anywhere but big enough to sleep 4 adults and 2 kids.Requirements to tow this camper:
• Vehicle with 4,000 lbs towing capacity
• 2 5/16" ball
• 7 pin connectorThis Coleman has one queen bed and a dinette that can convert into another bed. And a pair of bunks in the rear.
It features:
• Power Awning
• Refrigerator
• Microwave
• Two stove burners
• Full Bathroom
• Fire Extinguisher
• AC (on electric)/Fire place Heater (on electric)Add-ons for purchase:
Generator - $25/day
Pets - $20/day
Cleaning - $95
Dumping - $50 if you don't bring the black and grey tanks emptyThe RV parking place is in Ferris TX. But I live in Richardson TX. So, depending on where my RV is I may ask you to pickup and/or drop off in Richardson or Ferris.I will do my best to help you with this reservation. I can also remove the charge for the pets if are not bringing pets on the trailer. Also, I will remove the cleaning charges if you can bring it back clean. Please let me know if you need anything.I will also provide you complete walk through of the trailer and demo for the tear down and setup.
