Jim communicates great, is punctual, and very helpful. He provides detailed explanations, responds quickly, and is flexible with pickup/drop-off. While apologetic & taking responsibility for a wiring short, he did not refund for loss of use.
Easy to drive, parks conveniently
The van is easy to drive, handles well, and parks conveniently (F150 length, good mileage). It has a comfortable bed for tall guests & families and is well-equipped with camp chairs, kitchen supplies, and fridge. A wiring short caused smoke, raising safety concerns; lower bed is tight for kids.

5.0The brave little toaster served us well for our trip to the Gorge! Jim communicated great and was very punctual for our early pick up and drop off times. Camp chairs, fridge, picnic blanket, sun tent, and stove/cooking materials provided all of the essentials and the bed was super comfortable. A camp table would have been a nice addition for the stove set up, but we managed with the storage bins. 10/10 would recommend.

It depends if there is a booking either prior to, or following your desired rental interval. We can usually accommodate an early pick up and/or late drop off with a small fee usally 1/4 to 1/2 the day rental.
