The sunseeker is in beautiful condition, and with Sandi’s instructional tour and online manual it was a cinch to operate on and off the road. We had few causes for concern when we were on the road, but anytime we had a question Sandi responded so quickly. Our family had an amazing trip, and I doubt it will be our last time renting Sandi’s camper.

We took this RV for a family of 5 trip to Utah. This RV is in great shape - very clean and runs really well. Kate and Sandi are professional, courteous and responsive to communication. Such a pleasure to rent from. They provide all the information needed for the RV and rental process in a clearly documented application and printed manual. I would not hesitate to rent again. Hoping for another vacation soon!

This was my first time renting and operating an RV, it could not have been a better experience!!! Sandi and Kate were incredibly responsive and helpful with my RV education. The RV itself ran amazing, and fit my family of five comfortably for our many adventures through the Pacific Northwest! This is one vacation I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

I have to say I am extremely disappointed, everything was great until we returned it, even though we dumped both tanks, we were told they were full and charged 300$ to dump. A nice little side way of getting some extra money, claiming the tanks were not dumped. I dumped them. I saw waste come out, let it drain until no more came out but evidently there is something else you need to do because apparently the tanks were full after being dumped???? Owners couldn’t explain that to me. Really I just feel ripped off now.

Q.Can the RV go to the Gorge Amphitheater for a Concert or Music Festival?

Sorry, we no longer allow the RV to go to the Gorge Amphitheatre for any event. This is due to damage the RV has experienced on passed rentals. The RV is equipped with GPS so if it is discovered that the RV is at the Gorge, the deposit will be forfeited.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
Location of pick up and drop off of the RV is not flexible. This will be done at the same place as reference on the RV info sheet. If someone wants to pick up early or drop off late, this will be noted in the pricing of the RV.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
One week prior to your RV reservation, we will send out a link that has the RV manual on it for your review . There is a hard copy of the manual as well . This would include how to set up and take down the water and electrical hook ups as well as dumping of the RV.
Q.Will I be charged if the sensor shows that the Black and Grey tanks are not empty?
R.
Yes, you will be charged as referenced on the rates for the RV. Please use tons of water when using the toilet? This will help prevent this but you will need to check the sensor inside when dumping. The reason for this fee is it is a 1.5 hour round trip to go get the RV dumped from the location of where it is being returned.
