Has 2020-2021 been a buzz kill? From quarantines and Zoom meetings to Shutdowns. Are your loved ones and you in need of a mental reset? I can help you with this!! You can enjoy all the simple things you enjoyed as a child with your love ones in the Great Outdoors. Hiking, Fishing, Camp fires, s’mores, and everything else that you can immerse yourself in while in nature. A quick weekend getaway to a month of exploring. I've been there and this was my solution, let me help you make "The Great Escape!"Do not worry.. this will not be camping in the woods in a tent and sleeping on the ground. This will have many comforts from home.... Queen size bed, bunk beds, a bathroom with a shower tub combo, pantry, refrigerator, sink, microwave, range and the piece de resistance a dinette. Imagine waking up to the mountains, river, or lake enjoying a nice cup of coffee enjoying the peace and quiet from the dinette or walking outside and enjoying the morning air.I updated my address to Deep South Defense in Seneca, SC. This makes it easier for pickup and drop off. If you do not feel comfortable or have a large enough vehicle I do offer a delivery within 50 miles of Clemson, SC.Ce qui est inclus-Pots an Pans

-If you want to bring a satellite dish on a tripod there is a hookup.
-Oconee, Pickens, and Anderson County has several parks and KOA's. The mountains of NC and TN are not far away so look in these areas for places to set up.
Explore: Lake Keowee, Lake Hartwell, Lake Joacassee, Cherokee, Piegeon Forge, and The Great Smoke Mountains.

-NO smoking or drug use allowed in camper your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges plus a service fee off $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there is no other overages or damages.
- Furry friends are welcome NO felines or rodents. Please advice the size, breed, and age of your furry friend.
- Add ons for additional offerings we will provide to ensure you enjoy your getaway.
- You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
- Tire damage is the responsible of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for profession evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.
- If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring road side assistance, renters should call road side assistance provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expenses for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or road side assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.
-Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be renters responsibility.
-Owner will provide information on operations of camper at time of pick up and will provide instruction manuals for operation of camper systems, features and appliances. It is renters responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems features or appliances in camper may result in damage and renter liable for cost to repair.
- Awning use is strictly prohibited if the breakable locks are tampered with or broken you surrender your ENTIRE security and will receive no refunds. This does not release yo
