A queen murphy bed with a memory foam topper folds down over the couch. In addition to the bunk beds the dinette converts into a bed ensuring everyone has somewhere to sleep. Lynn was very communicative throughout the whole process. She did a great job explaining how everything works in the rig. The rig was very clean and welcoming. Great for 2 adults and 2 kids. I'd definately rent from her again.
