Due to Arizona’s drought period, the fire restrictions can be long, but these devices can be used even during the restrictions.Due to the repair cost associated with power awning repairs, we do not allow use of the awning but we do provide a shade tent for your use. There is a Boss audio system with indoor/ outdoor speakers and Bluetooth/ Aux/ USB compatibility. Also, the tongue and stabilizer jacks are all power operated.Black and gray tanks will need to be dumped before dropping off. Or you can select to have the tanks emptied by us for a $75 feeAutres points à signalerMinimum renter age of 25ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. Smoking in the unit will result in the automatic forfeit of the entire security deposit and immediate removal.We do allow pets for a $60 one-time fee for each pet with a 2-pet maximum. 5What a great experience! Tosh was an awesome host and the RV was perfect! I’ve had a couple 5th wheels in the past but didn’t want the long term expense. Having the opportunity to rent is the best! We will definitely rent from Tosh again!

5Tosh was amazing as a host- was quick to answer all of our questions and was super helpful with coordinating with our arrival time. It made this gal happy to have a camper vs a tent. Can’t wait to rent again!

5Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived until it was sadly time to leave. The trailer was spotless , and had everything we needed. Tosh arrived right when he told us he would, and having him deliver made it so easy. We would definitely use his service again when we need a wonderful place to stay.
