Delivery includes setup, leveled, hooked up and ready to enjoy camper. We sanitize all surfaces, items, and do a deep cleaning after pickup.Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the RV, just keep it outside. No cleaning of fish or other wildlife in RV. Todd is highly praised for excellent communication, being very nice, and proactive setup services (including AC). He goes above and beyond, addressing issues promptly and providing thorough operating instructions.
Clean, well-stocked, outdoor kitchen flaw
The RV is generally clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with supplies, and its delivery/setup service is highly valued. However, a significant disappointment was an unusable and dirty outdoor kitchen.

It honestly looked like it had never been cleaned. That was a huge disappointment for me, because having an outdoor kitchen was my first priority in choosing an RV. Todd was very nice and the RV was fine otherwise.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are SUPER flexible and will do all we can to accommodate your specific needs. We typically can have it all setup and ready before you arrive. It has a keypad/code lock on the door, so no need for key swap (or keeping up with them). Check out is super simple; we just ask that you: 1. Please clean all used dishes. 2. Take out trash. 3. Pile used sheets/ towels under the bottom bunk. 4. And lock it up. We take care of everything else. Todd & Adrienne
