Luxury on wheels, all the bells and whistles you can imagine, to name a few; windows for days to enjoy the views of the great outdoors, two reclining seats, chef kitchen with stainless steel appliance that includes a full-size fridge and freezer, great size stovetop, oven and a pantry to fill with all your goodies for a long enjoyable stay!
Two large flat tv screen TVs, fireplace with ambient lighting, Nice big closet, plenty of storage, full size bathroom, and barn doors to complete the look. Speakers inside and out, two awnings, 3 slide outs, exterior light above and below rig, 3 AC units, no carpet, and blackout shades! Pick up time is 11am, we will get there between 9-10AM to start breaking down the site.
No pets, No exception due to severe allergic reactions in our family.
Please note if you do not have water or sewer hook up this will incur costs for both filling up fresh water tank and dumping/cleaning fees which will be determined once a dumping company is found in the area you are camping in, also would incur cost of generator and initial fuel fill up of generator.

Delivery Fee of $350 and Prep/Cleaning Fee of $150 will be deducted from the security deposit upon return of unit.

We love our 5th wheel so much, that we felt the need to share our amazing home away from home when we aren't using it. If you are tired of booking hotel rooms and doing the Air BNB thing and want to experience the adventure of getting away in a luxury RV, look no further. We used to do that too, now we are enjoying coastal beach vacations steps from any beach we want, or the smell of pine trees in a forest with a camp fire roaring, and of course occasionally enjoying the ambiance at a winery over a weekend. We know you'll love spending your next trip in our 5th wheel.

Johnny is a great host first and foremost...amazing RV with all you need to be comfortable and quiet! It was delivered for us and with such ease....we loved it and all of our friends were jealous they said it was like a 5 star hotel on wheels! WE loved the island sink in the kitchen, the bed was super comfy and the shower is 5 starts! For sure a great RV if you want comfort and style!

Johnny was excellent to work with - what a cool space to rent. Everyone on my team was raving about the space. Very comfortable. Johnny accommodated me and my team with all of our needs and was very understanding and laid back. Highly recommend renting from him!

Awesome trailer!! Fantastic hosts! Johnny was very quick to reply with my questions. Trailer is very nice with a lot of room & and a very large bathroom. We had no issues with any of the equipment & Johhny delivered & picked up the trailer as promised. I hope to be renting this trailer again very soon. Thanks for all. Joseph

We rented this 5th wheel to try out the Alliance brand, since we're considering buying one ourselves. The rig was very nice, almost spotless clean, and still smells new. It was well-stocked, and had things we hadn't thought to bring. It was very quiet inside, despite the RV park being noisy. I would definitely rent again! John was great to deal with, from first contact making the reservation, to delivery and pickup of the rig. He spent plenty of time schooling me (an RV newbie) on all things 5th wheel. He quickly handled a minor propane problem (my fault!) with a smile. I'd give the whole experience 10 stars if I could!!!

They were very sweet and we enjoyed everything. It was very clean and super nice inside. Our kids enjoyed every minute. I do wish there was a coffee maker, cooking utensils, silverware, plates and cups. Seems odd that it was empty aside from a pan, a pot and one large bowl. We had to bring everything which typically isn’t an issue but for the price it would be nice to not have too. Also since there isn’t a heater I’d recommend having extra blankets. It was very cold. Other than that we highly recommend renting this fifth wheel. We loved it and made beautiful memories with our family.
