No smoking inside the RV or in the doorway of the RV.
No climbing on the roof or exterior of the RV.
The awning should not be used in high winds.
The waste tanks should be returned empty, due to sanitary reasons the tanks will not be emptied for the renter under any circumstance.
Both propane tanks should be returned full, if not there will be a refilling charge. (Approx. $60)
The renter assume responsibility to ensure that the RV is properly level unless the trailer is delivered. (In this case the trailer will be properly setup for the renter and the renter is responsible for any alterations to the leveling process that causes damage to the trailer)
The renter will be given an orientation regarding the operation of the trailer and how to level the trailer. It is
When the RV is left unattended it is to be closed and secure to prevent any animal traffic or damage into the RV.
Requests will not be accepted until there is an approved driver for insurance purposes.
All damage that supersedes the $500 security deposit will be the responsibility of the renter.
