5.0We LOVED this RV! It was so clean, well decorated, and the set up and communication were great. We went to Fall Creek Falls for 3 nights and had the best time. We would definitely rent it again.

2.0The RV was exactly like the listing, and it was clean. I think communication could have been better. (I'll take accountability and say it could have been better on both ends.) I originally booked the RV from Friday to Sunday. She messaged me, she was all good on her end, so I assumed that we wouldn't need to speak again until Friday. On Thursday evening, she told me she was dropping off the RV at our campsite without confirming with me. (I told her in previous messages that my parents were staying at the site on Thurs.) She told me that if we wanted access, we'd need to pay. Again, I did not confirm or ask for access. She just left the keys with my parents without asking or confirming with them too. We paid for the extra night, but I wish the communication was clear, and the host waited for my confirmation. Also, when she dropped it off, the host and my family checked the tank levels, and it said the levels were 3/4 full. The host told us it would level off. But it never did, and after one night of minimal use, it backed up. (We know we didn't use 40 gallons of water.)
