One of our favorite features was the Starlink internet. It worked surprisingly well, even in remote areas, and made it easy to stay connected when we needed to without taking away from the adventure. The van was clean, thoughtfully designed, easy to drive, and packed with useful amenities. You can tell a lot of care went into creating the experience. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or a longer road trip, the Allagash is an incredible way to explore Maine!! 5.0Rob was great to work with, informative but also laid back and very easy to talk with. We had so much fun with the van! It was easy to navigate and, once we found our system for transitioning from driving mode to camping mode, an extremely cozy and well-stocked place to stay. Highly recommended, we will be back!

5.0Five stars for the Maine Adventure Company and Rob! We just returned from an incredible camper van trip through Maine with close friends, and the experience could not have been better. The vans were exceptionally clean, thoughtfully equipped, easy to use, and perfectly functional for everything we wanted to do. We traveled from campground to campground, from the Maine coast to mountain lakes, waking up in some beautiful places and ending nearly every evening around a campfire with friends. It was one of those trips that becomes a memory you know you’ll be talking about for years. Rob was a fantastic host and made the entire process easy and welcoming from beginning to end. If you’re considering exploring Maine by camper van, I couldn’t recommend Maverick Adventure Company more highly. The freedom to travel at your own pace, change plans along the way, and have your home with you wherever you land is hard to beat. An epic Maine adventure. We’d do it again in a heartbeat.

The van was clean, stocked and easy to use. As a first time RVer, I felt confident on the road and safe traveling with just myself and my dog. Would recommend this van highly and would definitely rent again!

5.0We had a perfect trip with our Allagash RV set up. The beds were firm and the layout is well-thought out. We had everything we needed for a trip with two grandchildren. Leading up to the trip, Ron (the proprietor) was very responsive and answered all questions within several hours. The pickup location in Portland was right off the highway, very easy to get to. There is a gas station on the way, so it was easy to fill the RV at the end of the trip. We got a 30 minute orientation so we knew how to work the solar power and use all the lights, coffee maker, etc. We were parked for 5 days and ran the vehicle once for about 20 minutes to top off the charge. We rate this a true 5 out of 5.
