We rented this trailer for three nights during the fair and overall it met our basic needs. The trailer comfortably slept our family, and we appreciated that sheets and bedding were included, which made packing and setup much easier. There were a few concerns during our rental. Upon arrival, we noticed some visible damage that appeared to be from previous renters. While it didn't significantly impact our stay, it was noticeable. The most significant issue was the carbon monoxide detector alarm going off in the middle of our first night. After troubleshooting, it appeared the issue may have been related to a low 12-volt battery on the camper. Regardless of the cause, it was concerning and disruptive for everyone sleeping in the trailer. The only way the detector alarm would not go off was if our generator was continually running. We also experienced issues with the water and sewer tank gauges, which did not appear to be accurate. I wonder whether the sewer tank had been fully emptied prior to delivery. During our three-night stay, the toilet was used only for urination, yet the sewer tank was showing extremely full by the end of the rental and had a very strong odor. The delivery process was a little difficult. We were originally told the trailer would be delivered by 11am but was not delivered until 1:30. We had a tight window to get it delivered and this caused us to have to rework our plans. The owner had his girlfriend deliver who also had her child in the car. I was thankful my husband was there to handle the delivery because there was some issues getting it parked correctly. The drop-off process was also somewhat unusual. We were instructed to return the trailer to a different location than what was listed on the original rental listing, requiring us to drive to the opposite side of town from the advertised address. There was one was present to inspect the trailer or complete a formal return process when we dropped it off. We were instructed to leave it on the street by this house. We also had problems with the electric hitch working when trying to unhook. Overall, the trailer provided enough sleeping space for our family and served its purpose for the event, but addressing the battery/CO detector issue, verifying tank maintenance, and improving the pickup and drop-off process would greatly improve the rental experience.

Ruben had great communication. He worked with me to establish the pick up and delivery times to meet my schedule. The trailer was prepped and ready. This was a great weekend for me and my son. Thanks for everything Ruben

Our RV worked well for us. The fridge and freezer did their job, generator also met all demands. No kitchen supplies kinda sucked, having to bring all from home, but we survived. Overall my conversations with the host Ruben were by email thru the Outdoorsy app. Just a little disappointed that her sent his gf, along with young teen daughter and toddler to drop off and pick up. Thankful I had my bf who knows how to set up and get around with a trailer and equipment.
