Thank You for looking at our family trailer for a possible rental! Our trailer is a 27’ bumper pull, it measures to 33’8” total (important to know when you’re looking for camp sites), sleeps 8 but recommend 6 for comfort. Master Bedroom is a walk around queen with memory foam cover, Teddy Bear bunk bed series for the kids (each is 5’6” long and 2’6” wide), 1 queen that drops down, & bench seats that fold into a queen as well. Kitchen area has a 2 burner gas stove, convection oven, fridge and freezer, a shower with bathtub, and a generator. This Toy hauler has a 96 gallon fresh water tank, 45 gallon grey water tank, 45 gallon black water tank, 6 gallon water heater, 10 gallons of propane, 20 gallon gas tank for your toys (Unleaded only). I bought this trailer for my family, we were tent camping and not enjoying the set up time, sleeping on the ground, and bears walking by the tent! There is so much to do from the Sierras to Lake Tahoe forest service camping/BLM camping/recreational/state parks/ and lakes everywhere!
